Adequate stay with some drawbacks

I found some aspects disappointing. The room lacked storage. There was no wardrobe or drawers. The bathroom setup was also not ideal, after a shower the entire floor got wet since there was no proper separation. I didn't appreciate the extra unnamed fee of US 40.

the location was fantastic, a quick walk to the mrt. there are many restaurants nearby, including hawker centers. the hotel and my room were easily accessible and the room was comfortable!

Housekeeping did not replace used glasses. I used the same one for two days. the towels felt old and were not bright white. They were dingy. i hope this improves!

The location was really good. I could walk to Maxwell MRT. It made getting around surprisingly easy.

The room had issues, which annoyed me. The fridge did not work, a real inconvenience. the shower stall had mold. That was just gross. The toilet paper was also hard to reach. I suppose it's just my luck

the location was great, very close to chinatown and the mrt.

The room was quite small. also, the soundproofing wasn't good at all. I could hear the tv from the next room all night, and i also heard people talking in the corridor. it was hard to sleep well.

The location is awesome. It's across the road from the mrt and near chinatown. i found very comfortable beds with soft fluffy pillows here! we had a family room, so it worked well for our short stay.

The bathroom has a glass partition, so there isn't much privacy.

the location is great near the chinatown mrt station. a 7-eleven store is also just around the corner i stored my luggage all day. i also used the shower before going to the airport it was very helpful

the bathroom design has issues with water running into the toilet area a better door design could fix this. also there is no bidet and the room lighting is not adequate

the location felt convenient because of its proximity to many places.

my room felt very small for the price i paid, and it lacked a window. i found there was also no proper storage, like a wardrobe, so my luggage stayed open on the floor. the bathroom had an awkward design as the shower area lacked full enclosure, it made the whole floor wet after each use.
